Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective item and wish to return and exchange it, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be in the condition in which it was sold (unworn, unwashed, or unused with original tags, labels, and packaging). At the seller's discretion, only items in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand in advance that you would kindly need to pay for shipping fee to return items to us. We would not accept any exchange request in a different design, size and colour.
We recommend that you ship your return with a tracking number (refunds will not be given if lost) and in an envelope stuffed with bubble wrap to ensure that it reaches us safely and intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue an exchange and notify you via email.
