Shipping & Delivery

*Free delivery for orders over HKD600. All Sake orders could enjoy free shipping.

Except from Sake, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for us to receive your order and arrange for shipping, given that all of our products are shipped directly from Japan. Your order will only be shipped only to local address in Hong Kong.

While we will do everything we can to deliver your order promptly, we will not be liable for any delay caused by carriers over which we have no control, or by events beyond our reasonable control or foresight, including, but not limited to, delays caused by an incorrect shipping address being provided to us.

Out of Stock Items: If the items in your order are out of stock at the time they are packed, we will notify you by email or Whatsapp and refund the price of those items.
